A strong floor
Our insulated garden rooms sit on a stainless steel foundation, providing a very solid, durable base. We can also do extra floor strengthening to support heavy equipment or weights.
We will protect your garden gym floor with heavy-duty, easy-clean rubber floor tiles, that will improve insulation, ensuring your outdoor gym is warm and comfortable all year round.
Using rubber floor tiles also means that if you choose a different use for your studio later, such as a yoga studio, garden office or playroom, the floor will be protected for future use.
Strengthened wall and ceiling mounts
We build our garden gym rooms with strengthened wall and ceiling mounts, to allow for the fitting of TV brackets, punch bags etc.
Multiple plug points
We provide a seamless build from start to finish, taking care of any home gym lighting and electrical features as part of the process. Our garden buildings are fully wired as standard with LED spotlights and multiple plug sockets, so you have the flexibility to move equipment around if you want to.

Our garden rooms sit on a stainless steel foundation, not only providing a very solid, durable base, but its low profile means you get maximum height space inside your garden room, whilst staying within permitted development. Helping to provide a strong base for your equipment as well as allowing enough space for tall equipment.
Television points
Our studios are built with a double layer of soundproofing plasterboard, so you can get in a high-energy workout with the music you love without disturbing the neighbours.
Full climate control
Our insulated garden gyms are constructed using SIP panels, creating an envelope of insulation and are also built with double-glazed doors & windows, keeping you warm in winter. We can supply wall panel heaters and underfloor heating which have a digital thermostat control.
You’ll also need ventilation, especially in the summer months. We are able to provide extractor fans and air conditioning units to help you keep cool. Our large windows also let in plenty of natural light, making this a space you’ll want to spend time in.
Private WC & shower room
Our residential-grade bathrooms allow you to pop to the toilet mid-workout or freshen up before returning to the house, saving you time and effort.
High security
We understand that your gym equipment represents a significant financial outlay, so we use high-security door locks and window catches to keep out intruders and toughened glass to withstand any knocks and bumps it may receive from children playing in the garden.

Garden gym installation
Depending on the size of your studio and the upgrades selected, we will install your garden studio between 1 to 2 weeks with minimal disruption. Throughout the whole process of planning and building your garden gym, you can expect a friendly and professional service.
