Unique Construction

The floor, walls and roof of our garden office buildings are constructed using structurally insulated panels (SIPs) which offer highly efficient thermal values and exceptional strength. The wall thickness is 100mm (subject to cladding type), ensuring our modern garden offices are warm in the winter and cool in the summer, with good soundproofing.

For the foundation, we use heavy-duty composite posts, which are concreted into the ground, with a stainless steel frame, bolted on, which lifts the studio off the ground, leaving a breathable space, and removing the risk of rising dampness and condensation.

Full climate control

Our fully insulated garden offices are constructed using SIP panels, creating an envelope of insulation. They are also built with double-glazed windows and doors, keeping you warm in winter. We can supply wall panel heaters and underfloor heating, which have a digital thermostat control, enabling you to heat up your office from the comfort of your home so your garden building is ready for you to use when you walk in.

You’ll also need ventilation, especially in the summer months. Your garden office can be installed with air conditioning units to help you keep cool or upgrade you to bi-folding doors which open back, allowing plenty of air and natural light in

Private WC

Our residential-grade bathroom upgrades allow you to pop to the toilet easily throughout the day without getting distracted back at home.

Kitchenette

We can also create a mini kitchenette for you to be able to take regular refreshment breaks easily. This is also ideal if you want to use your garden rooms for different purposes, like entertaining friends.

Multiple plug points

We provide a seamless build from start to finish, taking care of any home office lighting and electrical features as part of the process. Our outdoor offices are carefully wired as standard with LED spotlights, multiple plug points and floor sockets, so you have the flexibility to move equipment around if you want to.

Our prices start from £18,125, however our garden rooms are fully bespoke, and the final price will depend on the customisations you choose.

We have four studio styles to choose from and customise, as well as a range of sizes. Everything you need to get your garden office up and running will be included in your quoted price. As our building practices adhere to building regulations and permitted development rights, in most cases, they will not require planning permission, making the whole process easier, quicker and less expensive.
