1. The Design

Once we have received your enquiry, we will set up a call to discuss the intended use of the building, approximate size, and any other relevant details. It is a great help if you can send us a photo showing the intended location (WhatsApp or email). You can also book a design consultation here.  Our team will share their depth of knowledge when discussing what you want from your garden studio, and advise on the best layout, style of studio, materials and finishes, and other extras. We will also go through with you the build process and answer any questions you may have. We can then send you a sample pack featuring our brochure and cladding samples so you can start considering what you would like.

2. The Quote

You will then have a design consultation where you will discuss additional options, doors, windows and finishes. We will then send you the design visuals of your garden studio and your quote which will itemise all details, from size to materials. Our approved installation team partners undertakes all works, from digging foundations to installing electrics, plumbing, heating and decorating, so whilst we can give an inelligent guide on the installation costs they can confirm on your exact requirements for the interior detail.

3. Site Survey

If required your local installation manager may ask to visit your property to conduct a site survey to measure & finalise a few details.

4. The deposit

Once you are ready to go ahead with the build, we require a 25% deposit to secure your manufacturing slot for your custom building.

5. Planning

In most cases planning permission is not required as we build our garden studios within permitted development. See more here

6. Dispatch

We require the remaining 75% of the payment for the actual building prior to dispatch, the installation team will usually require payment for the installation upon completion. Sometimes the instal team will appreciate support with the unload, if this is possible.

7. The Build

The average build time for a medium garden room is 1 to 2 weeks. You will have a dedicated, helpful and very friendly team that will be working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4.30 pm, unless otherwise agreed with you. The way our unique garden studios are made also mean we produce less mess. We have procedures for minimal disruption, high efficiency, and full safety, ensuring a non-invasive install whilst in your land. We clean up the site at the end of each day, and aim to keep disruption to a minimum for you and your neighbours.

For gardens with no side access, a friendly team will be able to take the materials through the house in most instances. Please reach out if you would like to know more about whether this can work for you. Any deliveries of materials will happen within our working hours.

8. Completion

You will enjoy the way the local installation team keep in contact the whole way through and update on progress. On the last day they will give you the keys and explain all the important details of your new garden room. Enjoy!

9. Aftercare

Your Project Manager will contact you about 6 weeks after completion to run through and check you’re 100% happy with your new garden room and may even book to arrange a visit to take photos of your new stylish addition! We will make sure you have the simple care guide and a personalised warranty certificate.
