Can you install a garden room with limited garden access?

If access to your garden is limited then don’t worry we can bring all materials through the house, laying protective sheeting over the flooring. Our unique garden offices and studios are made using structural insulated panels offering high levels of insulation and strength.

We will work with you to design and build you a custom garden studio which will meet your requirements. Then prior to your installation date, we will then manufacture the SIP panels which will be used to construct your garden room.

This means the installation process has minimal disruption, high efficiency, full safety ensuring a non-invasive installation whilst on your land. The sturdy, durable SIP panels make it easy for our team to carry through the smallest of spaces

How much does a small garden studio cost?

Our smallest garden studio starts from £18,125 (based on a 2.4m by 2.6m garden room). We offer four styles of our small garden buildings,  Astana, Adobe, Cabana and Abri.

What is included within a small garden room?

We include all of the essentials in our listed price (no hidden costs). This includes VAT, foundations, installation, uPVC double-glazed 1.8m patio doors, two double sockets, spotlights, 2 external up and down lights, double-glazed top or side casement windows, and laminate flooring.

We do have a range of upgrades available, though, to create a custom design that will work best for you and your requirements.
