Elena wanted a garden office which would help to separate ‘home’ and ‘work’. We designed this studio for her and Dom, making the most of an unused area at the back of the garden. This gives Elena a clear view across the garden to the house, while giving her the physical space she needs to work. We painted the back feature wall a vibrant green blending into the planting behind the studio, and giving a sense of calm. The overhang on the studio mirrors the deck at the front, and we also built a circular deck above their rockery, which helps them make the most of the evening sunshine.
