We built the show studio during lockdown so that we could continue to safely show clients the internal and external finish of our garden rooms, as demand for home offices grew. As the 3.6m x 2.6m build was replacing an existing shed, we included a 1m wide storage room which leaves ample space for one person to work comfortably, and fits neatly in a small Hove garden. The 1.8m wide French doors and top hung window are included in the standard studio cost, as is the engineered wood cladding on the sides (which comes in a range of colours). We upgraded to red western cladding on the front with an Abri overhang. There are recessed LEDs inside and out, WiFi and a panel heater, making this pod the ideal place to design new Urban Escape Studios – lovely to look at, perfectly practical!
