At Urban Escapes, we firmly believe that collaboration is the best way to achieve exceptional outcomes. We want to create the room that you want, so to start the process, we’ll conduct a site visit, chat about your requirements and personal vision, and provide you with a range of options. Our team will share their knowledge and advise on the best layout, style of studio, materials and finishes, and other extras. We will also go through with you the build process and answer any questions you may have. We will then send you a sample pack featuring our brochure, cladding and flooring samples so you can start considering what you would like.

After we’ve explored the space and discussed your needs, we’ll present a complimentary design and quote that perfectly aligns with your desired specifications. Once you’re happy with the plans for your dream garden room, we’ll get you booked in. We require a 10% deposit to secure your installation date & booking, and generally, planning permission is not required as we build our garden studios within permitted development, so it’ll be up in no time.

The average build time for one of our medium-sized garden rooms is 1 to 2 weeks. We’ll send a dedicated, helpful and friendly team to work from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4.30 pm, unless otherwise agreed with you. The way our unique garden studios are made also means we produce less mess. We have procedures for minimal disruption, high efficiency, and full safety, ensuring a non-invasive installation while in your space. We also clean up the site at the end of each day and aim to keep disruption to a minimum for you and your neighbours.

After completion, your Project Manager will arrange to come back after a month or two to check that you’re 100% happy with your new Shropshire garden room and to take photos of your new stylish addition.
